Kelly Chapman, 92, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019. Antonie (Tonie) Padilla Moya, 84, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019. Viewing is from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019 at Harper Funeral Home. Rosary is at 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Funeral Mass is at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Survivors include his son, Danny Cantu, and siblings, Anita Padilla Rivera, Joe Padilla and Carmen Padilla Sun. Donald Ray Owens, 82, died Feb. 8, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Juanice of Brady; two daughters, Linda Stites and husband John, and Karen Peacock and husband John; son Barry and wife Kathi; two brothers, Troy of Austin and Harold “Peanut”. Services are Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Sunset Ridge Church of Christ. Jimmy Glen Smith, 70, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2019. A celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019 at Stars on the Concho, at 10745 US Hwy. 87 North in Carlsbad, with a fish fry to follow. Arrangements are by Shaffer Funeral Home/Grape Creek. Survivors: his wife, Deena Smith; children, Dean Smith, Heather Smith, Shane Smith. Shawn Stauning, 43, died February 10, 2019. Memorial services are pending.
